reduce muscle tension and increase range of movement and flexibility.

I approach my clients as an individual and tailor the treatment to their condition and needs.

With my sports background, I also give advice on posture, stretching and strengthening exercise to reinforce the work done during the treatment. I aim to provide a pleasant, comfortable environment in which to treat YOU in the most effective way possible, leaving you relaxed, stress-free, invigorated and ready to deal with the everyday stresses life throws at you!

Unfortunately at this moment I do not take NEW MASSAGE or  REFLOXOLOGY bookings.

Thank you for your understanding.

Oil Massage

TRADITIONAL SWEDISH MASSAGE

Consists mainly of long, soothing strokes over oiled skin and kneading of the superficial layers of muscle tissue to ease day-to-day stresses and muscular tension, and promote relaxation.

It helps to increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and lymphatic drainage and can also be used in support of other therapies to assist in the rehabilitation of muscular injuries. This is a “soothe” massage, not a “pressure” massage.

£35 per 1 hour

Reiki Treatment

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

This extremely effective, stress-relieving yet stimulating treatment is more than just a head massage - it involves a variety of massage techniques to the scalp, neck, face, upper back and arms to release tension and restore a sense of wellbeing, with the benefits being felt throughout both the body and mind.

It can be particularly effective for those suffering from stress, tension, headaches, migraines, sinus or ear-related problems, insomnia, hair loss, muscular tension and fatigue.

Pressure Point Massage

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

A form of therapeutic, tailor-made massage that is used to realign the deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissues — addressing and resolving the underlying problems that can lead to chronic pain and stiffness.

It addresses deeper, more rooted issues in the muscles and ligaments, and allows treatments to be more vigorous, successful and long-lasting.

Recommended to treat chronic pain, persistent tension, repetitive strains, postural problems or other neuromuscular related injury.

£40 per 1 hour

Physiotherapy

SPORT MASSAGE

Helps to break down larger or older adhesions using a wide range of deeper, advanced massage techniques for stretching muscles and increasing flexibility to aid recovery from activity, maintain healthy muscle and tissue, and prevent and rehabilitate sporting (and nonsporting) injuries.

This includes: MET, SCS, PNF techniques and myofascial release, also Pre & Post sport event techniques and Trigger Point Therapy techniques.

£40 per 1 hour
