Reflexology is a natural, holistic therapy which means the treatment of the 'whole' person, looking at all aspects of

the client's physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and lifestyle:

including diet, sleep patterns and general health.

Reflexology is based on the discovery that different areas, points of the feet correspond to certain organs, systems

and structures within the entire body. Gentle pressure is applied to these points (called reflexes) to bring about a

state of relaxation and to stimulate the body's own healing process. This encourages the various body parts and

body systems to work optimally, both individually and as a part of the whole.

By applying pressure and using massage to stimulate these reflex areas (and over 7000 nerve endings), I am able to detect subtle changes in specific points or zones and clear congestion allowing the flow of energy to be restored and encouraging the body to heal from within.

Reflexology produces a deep state of relaxation and can be used as a treatment and prevention for a wide range of illnesses and complaints including; stress, depression, respiratory problems, IBS

and digestive disorders, headaches, migraines, menstrual problems and back and neck problems, to name but a few.

Reflexology is also beneficial when trying to conceive all the way through to labour.

It enables deep relaxation and can provide you with a feeling of wellbeing and increased energy and vitality, balancing your body, mind and spirit.

Reflexology is suitable for all ages.

prevent illness from developing.
