Anna is an excellent yoga teacher. She is very professional and passionate about what she does. Each class is well prepared.
I went to her 5 weeks beginners class, and thoroughly enjoyed it. She really gave us, in a short period of time, a good insight of different yoga styles. I love the way Anna structures the class. My favourite part is the relaxation at the end, especially when she incorporates sound.
She encouraged me to use yoga techniques, such as breathing, in my daily life, and it really impacted my life in a positive way.
I found my love for yoga thanks to Anna, and I will definitely continue to go to her regular classes 🙂🧘♀️
