About the event

Do you want to get into yoga but don't know where to start?


This course is a perfect opportunity for anyone who is new to yoga, beginner or even experienced yogi who would like to refresh the basics and building blocks of yoga.


What to Expect

Over the course of five weeks, you'll learn the foundational elements of yoga, including:

  • Basic yoga postures (asanas):

    Develop strength, flexibility, and balance through gentle and accessible postures. Improve mobility and coordination.

The classes are focused on correct alignment in particular poses/asanas, safety in practice. Hopefully it will help you to become more confident to join a regular class or practice safely at home
