In the pre-Christmas time when we all have busy schedules, commitments, and high levels of stress; it's sometimes difficult to take time out for yourself.
I would like to invite you to my Festive Candlelit Yin EVENT and celebration of the END of YEAR with drinks and nibbles afterwards.

The session will be an extended practice honouring Winter Solstice, a time of drawing in and embracing the yin and yang nature of the ever-changing seasons: the balance of darkness and light.
Connecting with body, mind and Self, and taking time to journey into your centre and discover what you need to release and what you wish to carry forwards into the next cycle.
