About the event

This four-week Yin Yoga journey is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the quieter layers of yourself.


Through long-held postures and guided mindfulness practices, you will learn to release stored physical tension, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. From grounding foundations to heart-centred release, give yourself the permission to stop doing and start being.

Rather than striving or effort, Yin Yoga invites surrender, patience, and presence. This workshop offers time to pause, replenish your energy, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.


Each session is thoughtfully themed to support both physical comfort and emotional balance, using accessible yin postures, conscious breathing, guided relaxation, and moments of reflection.
