With thoughtful guidance and accessible variations, you'll be encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body, not striving for perfection, but discovering what works for you. Every body is different, and every practice will be unique. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, calmer and more connected to yourself. I hope to provide you with a multi-layered experience that weaves together the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. You can join on PAYG basis or block book for a cheaper option. If you new to yoga, you can also try 3 for 2 introductory offer. I look forward to meeting you !

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule PAYG booking,  please contact me at least 24hrs prior class PLEASE NOTE: If you are block booked and cannot make a session in your usual venue, you are welcome to attend any other venues within the whole term - please contact me for availability. I do not give credits or refunds if you no longer wish to attend a course. Please complete a health questionnaire before attending. You can find it on my website under YOGA https://www.annafornalyoga.co.uk/health-form Thank you Please check my tips for your first yoga class https://www.annafornalyoga.co.uk/ WHAT TO BRING: *All you need to bring is yourself! If you have a yoga mat then bring that along too, but if you need a mat I have some spare ones. However, for hygiene reasons it would be advisable to invest in one. *For comfort you might want to bring something warm to wear and/or a blanket for the relaxation part of the practice but these are not essential. Although the room will be comfortably warm you may find that you feel cool as you relax as the breathing and heart rate become slower. Also, you might want to bring a cushion to sit on for the breathing practice but again this is not essential. (Tip: a rolled-up blanket is also perfect for kneeling to protect the knees). *Bring a bottle of water if you would like in case you get thirsty. *Towel, yoga strap or any other props you may have. I have some spare blocks, bricks and straps if needed.
